We are looking for the following to be part of our dynamic team:
Reporting to: Development Engineering Support Manager
- Perform client needs evaluation by working with Sales as pre-sales solution capacity.
- Collect required information to develop work scope around solutions to attain customer requirements.
- Assist Sales team to design, plan, and implement solution.
- Together with Sales, interact with prospective and existing clients to collect information and provide proposed solutions.
- Develop solutions customize to client’s need from pools of product lines.
- Lead proof of concept activities as part of solution definition and plans.
- Involve actively in training programs as well as pass certification exams.
- Participate in seminars, trade shows, and oversee internal demonstration facilities, etc.
- Provide technical, solution, and market knowledge expertise during product launch.
- Coordinate issues design issues and resolution activities across the organizations.
- Record projects status along with open issues on solution design every week.
- Ensure to follow up on problems and process independently related to solutions engineering design.
- Graduate of Computer Science or Engineering Courses.
- Experience in solution designing in the same industry.
- Experience communicating technical security solution concepts to non-technical audiences and sales personnel.
- Experience responding to technical RFIs & RFPs of complex security solution.
- Experience preparing technical specification for security solution.
- Understanding of common sales methodologies and best practices.
- Must have interpersonal skills, since they will interact frequently with customers in order to determine what these customers need.
- System Networking Knowledge is an advantage.
- Can start immediately.
